I’m quite sensitive to things which change my sensory perception and can find some sound blocking gives me that pressure in the ears feeling but the ergonomic design and way these dull sounds is perfect for me! they don’t block out sound 100% but they block out a big chunk of the sound that accounts for the irritant noises! great value for money and very easy to use. comes in a little case which makes storing and keeping track of them a lot easier as they are small. overall my sleep quality has significantly improved since using these and i will continue to use them.
