These knee pads fit well and they will work well for putting in flooring. They are very comfortable and will stay on while moving around on the floor to install flooring.

These are by far the most comfortable knee pads I've ever used! They work fantastically on a roof or rock landscaping or concrete floor/sidewalk. They are resistant to wear. Quick on and equally quick off. The Velcro straps make it so easy to adjust the tightness and comes with extra Velcro to extend the straps if you're wearing insulated coveralls or have larger legs. No snaps or buckles to adjust.

I bought these knee pads because I am at the age where getting to the floor and up again is difficult, and definitely rough on the knees. Especially if I am going to be on my knees for a long time.
