This speaker worked only for a day, After that the bluetooth stopped working. It was connecting with the devices but not playing any music. I tried all the possible solutions, But nothing worked. Also the air pass duct from the bass box was damaged. I tried 7 methods of connecting with Boult customer service ( 4 numbers, 2 email addresses, 1 support link ) but none of them worked. At the end amazon helped me in the return process.

Amazon one of the biggest worst and useless.When i get this product(difective) from Amazon two satellite speakers are not working from starting so i complaint to the Amazon then that's Amazon customer service person saying we cont anything for that you are contact with boult audio. When we are buy from your Amazon then still one week your the response for any difective/damage product but Amazon no responding this problem
