My reproductive endocrinologist recommended TheraNatal Core for IVF prep, and I’ve been really happy with it. I started taking it a few months before my cycle, and so far my egg retrieval was successful. It’s easy on my stomach, and I like that it includes everything my doctor wanted folate, vitamin D, choline, and more. Definitely a high-quality prenatal I’ll continue using through this journey.

While these don’t taste the best (standard vitamin taste), they’re the only ones that hadn’t made me constantly nauseous and sick. These are gentler on your stomach but not completely gentle just fyi. I wish they were a little less expensive.

I was looking for a prenatal that had everything that was recommended by the American pregnancy association… and this has it! Folate, D3 and Choline, plus the recommended doses are all in range.The one reason it got 4 stars was because, honestly, it smells like the garden department at Home Depot whenever you open the bottle. And, if you leave it on your tongue for too long before getting a liquid to wash it down, it tastes like dirt🫢

I saw this brand recommended by other women going through IVF so gave them a try. I was very pleased with them. No fishy taste or weird side effects. I could take these at any time of day and feel fine, though I think it’s always best to take vitamins with food. I am 35, have low egg count, and needed great egg quality for the eggs we did retrieve. I think this definitely supported my egg health. At every stage of the journey my doc was shocked at how well my embryos were doing. Retrieved 18, 15 mature, 12 blastocyst, 6 euploid! Much better than the 2 embryos I was predicted to have with my stats. These vitamins worked great!!! I also took ubiqunol, vitamin d, and fish oil.

These are actually awful and will deter you from taking your vitamin daily. Pick another brand. Awful taste and makes you so sick.

My doctor recommended these and they have better measurements than most prenatals. I didn't have to take extra supplements on top of this. Also, these are some of the only ones I've used that don't upset my stomach. The pills are rather large though if you struggle with swallowing pills
