I notice when I miss a day or two...
Decent price from a brand whose quality and vitamin content I trust. I was happy to find this Vitamin D an K combo having just read Vitamin K2 works synergistically with vitamin D, and both act as co-enzymes. Taking this supplement along with B12 and B1 has me sleeping regularly for the first time in many, many years. So long as I have at least a piece of bread within 30 minutes after taking it, I have no stomach upset. If I miss taking this, after a day or two, I notice it. I start to feel sluggish.It works for me.

Improvement observed
