Helped with my sensitive teeth. need to use for about a week for it to have some effect.

Been using this for years, and it works great if you have sensitive teeth. Combined with sensitivity toothpaste, this pretty much eliminates sensitivity with only occasional flareups. A little pricey, but well worth it!

When I had sensitivity in the past, it was always temperature-related...mostly cold. I just Sensodyne toothpaste until it cleared up.This time, the sensitivity is to contact....toothbrush bristles and fingernail tip (when I was checking for exact location). I was hoping to find something to use that didn't require bristles. The problem spot is where I have receding gums.After just two uses, I could tell that the pain was lessening. I've used it for a few days now and there's no pain reaction at all. ❤😀I'd been concerned when I read a couple of reviews saying that this mouthwash actually made pain worse. I'm the queen of sensitivities, side effects, and intolerances and figured that this might be my experience, too. Nope. There's absolutely nothing negative to report with this...I even don't hate the taste (which is something that I really can't say about Listerine in general).My receding gums aren't going to get better, so I'm planning on making this a daily thing for the rest of my life.Listerine better not discontinue this. (Please don't, Listerine...OK?)

Doesn't taste great or leave long lasting minty breath. BUT it's the most effective sensitive tooth mouth wash I've ever tried. Really helps cut down on how sensitive some of my teeth are.

I have had a problem with grinding my teeth all me life. I don't have enamel on the surface of my teeth. I have already had one root canal because a dentist who was supposed to fill in a pit on my molar, ground the filling back off, making my tooth worse off than when I saw him in the first place. Then the tooth was way too sensitive, and that lead to the root canal to kill the nerve. I don't think I would have had that root canal, if I had this mouthwash. It has saved me from root canal number 2. I can now eat crunchy food I couldn't eat before, and my teeth are less cold sensitive.When I wake up, my teeth still feel clean. Plaque doesn't accumulate on my teeth now. This works better than any toothpaste for sensitive teeth I have tried, although I still use Colgate Sensitive.Eating anything sour will still undo the benefit, so I have to be careful with that.

I have been searching local stores for this product with no success. I have intermittently sensitive teeth, but when the sensitivity strikes up, it is almost unbearable. There doesn't seem to be anything else on the market (beside toothpaste) to help with sensitivity. I've used this before, and felt as though it was a lifesaver for my discomfort. It does not have an intense flavor, but I still have to sort of pause and let it warm up in my mouth before I can swish around the sensitive spots, but the improvement it brings lasts for several hours afterward. Highly recommended.
