Received a used machine! When I opened it, I first noticed not all the thread was there and then took machine itself out and there was a piece of sewed on fabric in the machine itself! I assumed the machine probably didn't work and was returned so expected it was broken. And, yes, it didn't work. Disappointed this was sent out. Now, now only was I not able to do my project, but I have to go through the time to return the item. Hoping they won't just receive it, and send it back out as new to someone else. It's used and broken!!!

I purchased this product so I can get a proper seem repair on some of my clothing. It does exactly that. It even works on denim. It's small (I am attaching a picture so you can see it) since it is portable so you have to be patience and delicate. If you follow the directions it will do a great job.

Update to previous comment. The power button finally worked. Took me a few attempts. The speed is good too.

Couldn’t figure out how to use it

This was a terrible purchase and resulted in my only painful return to Amazon. Item arrived broken, non-functional and without any kind of useful instructions. I returned it and bought a real sewing machine.

Really handy. It works great. The needle does tend to slip up to far. Releasing it & positioning it down and facing forward fixes that problem for awhile. I’ve decided that many of the people who have given this a very low rating don’t bother to troubleshoot things & throw them away the moment they have an issue. Plenty of tutorials on YouTube on how to use & how to troubleshoot. Seems like it’s for light use. If you need heavier usage, buy a full size sewing machine.

Very easy to use. Great for small projects. love the connivence of having a tiny sewing machine for minor repairs. stitching comes nice. thank you!

It never worked, I can't get it to stitch. Tried YouTube videos to see if I was doing it wrong, but can't get on stitch out of it.
