Is a good product. Just need to fallow the instructions, need an app, very useful. If you like travel countries around the world like me ❤️

Had the product less than a month and the product would no longer charge. We were on vacation in Europe for 3 weeks and couldn’t use them and then since we ordered them more than a week before the trip, outside of the return window. Do not buy.

These are the best ear bud's I've ever owned. Everything is so clear whenever I'm listing to my music, The translator is something that I'm still trying to get used to. I just hope and pray that they keep it updated so that the translator will stay free to use. But just don't take it from me get a pair and try them out, I believe you will be happy with your choice.

I was excited about thjese vearnbuds. I have been trying to learn a couple of languages for travel... actually leartn one and brush up on the other, and this seemed lie an easy solution. That, of course,, depends on how well they work.The earbuds themselves are better than average. They have full range (20hz to 20khz) sound. They are also more comfortable than most since they sit outside your ear. I might have rated them (the buds) 5 stars, but the right earbud started to get hot after only a few minutes, worrisome.As for the software, a couple of things. My daughter got back from a vacation in Japan just days before I got trhese. She told me that she had considered getting translater earbuds, but that Google translate served tyhe same function and did it very well. As she described how she;d used Google translate, it basically ticked off all of the boxes of what this app provides. In addition, they have so many things loaded... you have to remember single, double and triple taps for each ear as well as long holds of different length. It is way too much. I feel likre I would have to carry the case (where the translations appear) as well as the buds and phone. If you have the phone you probably have google translate. Setting that aside for a minute and thinking about conversations I have had (or tried to) when I travel, holding an earbud case to mediate the conversation seems awkward at best. The fact that many things require the phone, like taking a photo to translate a menu. Again, if you have the phone, google will do that.In addition it seems that the app is all about collecting data, something which really bothers me (and no, I do not use gooogle for that reason). Add top that thew fact that learning a language is about the best thing you can do for brain health. OK. it is morte difficult, but I should also add that I have had very good experiencesa when people realize that you are making a geniune effort to communicate in their languge, rahter than expecting them to kbow enough english to talk yo you.All that aside: I would rate the earbuds 4 stars for full range sound, but should deduct something for their heating up, and very quickly. The case is a marvel, but I will never use some of the funtions. Why do a set of translater earbuds have tiktok funtions? Useless to me.Software 2.5-3 stars. requires carrying a case + phone as an interpersonal interface, not just a bit awkward. Because there aRE SO MANY FuNCTIONS CODED OTO THE EARBUDS IT REQUIRES SOME FIDDLING TO GET TO THE TYRANSLATE FUNCTION, AND IF YOU JUST LEAVE IT THEREW TO BEGIN WITH IT SHUTS OFF AFTER A couple of minutes of inactivity.

These worked well for a basic translator. If you're not expecting the moon and stars then these will work just fine for you. The buds came charged and after downloading the app we were able to pair them quite easily. You can press on the bud for different translator options. There is a bit of a delay so if you're trying to have a faster paced flowing conversation then this might not be the pair for you. They are comfortable to wear and you can hear fairly clearly from them. Overall recommend

BUYER BEWARE: These earbuds are the worst!! cheaply made and the software program is terrible … sound quality is poor for music , the case for the earbuds is very basic and often gets stuck on a particular loading screen with Chinese writing …The third party app is a foreign country app. I’m so unhappy with these, I think I’ll send them back .. not worth the $30 …
