These are a food staple in my pantry. I love the chicken, ham, and beef style bullion. They add such great specific umami flavoring to any dish.

Yay! Finally Amazon sent me a package that has a long expiration date! The last box I received in JULY, expired in JULY! I put them in the fridge right away. Still using them. On our last box, but luckily they seem ok. You really need to watch expiration dates when Amazon ships out food items.This is the best plant based (great for anyone!) bouillon! I have used it for years! They have veggie, chicken, beef and pho flavors that are all veggie based. Good value as the boxes go a long way. I use them in my quinoa, soups, and rice. Great versatility. Once they are in hot water or soups they also dissolve easily.I usually buy 2 boxes of per year for our household and the same for my mom.

Update: I hate to say it but I've been bamboozled. I have bought this product time after time and I reordered it just last week. I got it in today and wanted to make broth to warm up. I realized it really smelled like onions so I looked at the ingredients and lo and behold now there is onion a garlic in it. I looked at it's posting on Amazon and everything in the description is the same as it was before, but now the picture of the ingredients shows what it is now. I paid $19.99 and now I have 6 boxes of stock I can't eat.I've been on the low fodmap grind for 2 year and I can wholeheartedly say NOTHING tastes better than this. I've tried other brands which were okay but this one makes me feel like I'm not missing out. I've had onion/garlic loving friends try this and they think it is so delicious too. I about cried when this said it was currently unavailable. I'm about to hoard this stuff like people hoarded toilet paper during COVID.

These beef bouillon cubes are very good. I find using these cubes allot better than the smaller ones. They melt easily and of course you use less. And of course a great buy.

I often have homemade chicken broth in my freezer. But there are times when, of course, I have run out. I am very particular about the quality of broth for the soups, stews, casseroles, etc. which I make, and these Massel Ultracube Salt Reduced Stock Cubes are versatile, whether used alone or to supplement the flavor a dish, are of excellent quality, and free of MSG! I tried them many years ago because I was not pleased with the sodium level and additives I found in other bouillion cubes, and they are the only ones I buy now. They are a superior product when used to create a broth, to enhance an exiting broth, to add a level of flavor to a vegetable or chicken dish, or to use as a base for gravy.
