Q: Are there liners for the inside of the steps? Is that what I’m seeing in the photos?

Yes, that is correct… the inside has a grommeted plastic liner inside for storing chemicals, test strips, etc. The package comes with screws and pre-drilled holes for the inside liner mounting. Overall I’m pleased with the design.

Q: What is the Weight rating of these steps?

Not sure if the actual rating but I’m over 200 and they dont even flex. Very solid.

Q: What is the weight limit?

I had someone close to 300 No problem

Q: Will top open when steps are up against the spa or do you have to pull is away some?

In order to fully open the storage compartment, you will need to leave a small space, an inch or so, between the steps and the spa.
