WowI’ve only had it for an hour but this thing is amazingWe live in a townhouse, the AC downstairs works phenomenally but upstairs the airflow is just so weak that it gets super hot, which is where my fiancée and I work from home, it’s been so unbearable this summer that we decided to get this in just one hour on an 80 degree day our room is ice cold, not only is my room ice cold but the whole upstairs is reaping the benefitsThe only con I would have to say is the window kit, it’s really wonky and flimsy so it was a bit difficult to put together, other than that it was incredibly easy, everything is just snap together and presto you’re done.Highly recommend

I've had a couple portable AC units that I've either owned or rented from my apartment and while necessary I've hated them all. They were all so unpleasantly loud and many required constant draining.This however, is a delight! It cools my 700sqft apartment quite well. It's significantly quieter than other portable AC I've owned and also the pitch of the sound is not unpleasant and very effectively blocked by noise cancelling headphones. The app works well and makes it easy to control from anywhere (sometimes I want to turn it on during my commute if the day was hotter than I expected, which I can!).My only issue was not caused by this unit, which is that my apartment AC port does not fit the standard sized hose of this device. However, I was able to grab a step-down duct from a hardware store and that settled things perfectly and I've noticed no performance issues from needing to step down the end of the exhaust hose.

Great portable air conditioner. I am so happy to finally have found one that works well. Hassle free installment. Comes with different size window panels to accommodate minimum size window 18" upto 53". Been working 30 hours and I have not had to drain. Cools my 165 square feet room in less then 30 minutes to a very cold temp of 61 degrees. I like it very cold when I sleep because I like to use my cozy quilt. Do not hesitate to buy. I have purchased 4 portable air conditioners. One stop working after a year and the others I had to return for one reason or other and what a hassle that was. It is a small but powerful machine but noise level is low. Furthermore the machine looks great. I am considering buying another one for my living room. I am so happy to have found this machine after many hot summers. Where I live, I can't install a window air conditioner so this find has been a blessing.

Very good functionality, and easy to use from the remote control to the app on the phone. I love the smart features. However, it doesn’t cool the room within its size parameters as cold as I thought it would. I’m not saying it doesn’t do the job, but we haven’t had the scorching hot days yet, and it’s been pretty decently cool.

What can I say except wow! I received the AC today, a friend helped me install it. No problems at all. It is 100% better than my old AC,, cooler, smaller, very sleek an d quieter. What a gem! I live in Northern Arizona and it's in the mid 90s, too much for my 3 pups. This AC has strong fan and really spreads the cold air around. We are so comfortable and happy. I have 3 Dreo fans and I am very happy with them. When I saw the Dreo name on ACs...well, I looked no further. Thank you for making exceptional products!

This air conditioner is top of its class for ease of use through yelling across the bed room for Alexa to turn on the air conditioner on before bed or use app via smart phone .I have iOS and I can set a schedule for it to come on and off along with the 3 speed motor options. I set my temp target on auto and it will conserve energy. once target temp is reached the air conditioner is not loud but at its peak fan speed. my pregnant wife has trouble waking up from it’s comfort ability and white noise. our room is roughly 15000 sqf and it’s more than sufficient

Tried this unit hoping for a reliable portable AC, but it was a letdown. It’s not very user-friendly to move and takes a while to bring down the room temperature. It might have work for others but overall, didn’t match the expectations set by the reviews.

WOW! This is the absolute coolest air conditioner I've ever used! Not only is it stylish, it's functions are second to none, in my eyes anyway. I have fans that are way way louder than this machine. I went with a less expensive model in a different brand, it didn't work as it should and had to send it back. Since it was loud and I had to empty my water bucket twice a day, I decided to up my game and splurged little more and bought this! Man, I am thrilled I did! I set it to the lowest temp of 61° in a 70° room to see what it could do. Left the room, came back not quite an hour later and it was down to 62°....brrrrr! Love all the features and the app. Everything works as intended! I would buy this unit over and over again, in a heart beat. Super easy to install too! If your in need of a great air conditioner, do not hesitate on this one! On a side note, the only thing I would change about this unit, would be the finish, I'd prefer a matte rather than shiny but I can look past all that since it works like a dream!
