It is very easy to use and get started. Then neck band is adjustable after you wear it on the neck. The air neck band can be inflated in about 10 secs when connected. After using it for 15 mins, I found my neck and spine relaxed. I recommend this product to anyone who need to sit in front of a PC for more than 3 hours a day. Worth the money I paid :)

I liked this unit at first but I've only had it for SIX WEEKS and it's already leaking air. GARBAGE. It's completely useless to me. What's the point if it won't stay inflated? I'm so angry. This was almost $100. I had a cheap pump traction device that lasted several years before it started leaking air.

After having 2 neck surgeries, C4-C5 Disc is blown out and fused (2002),C3-C4 fused (2023) due to numbing in my hand when I slept, I was looking for something that help stretch out the muscles in my neck. Being able to use my FSA to purchase a Cervical Neck Traction Device made getting this Holniva device was worth giving it a shot. After getting the traction device, I immediately tried it out. The stretch I was able to get relieve the tightness in my neck and help relieve the headache I was having. It is easy to use. It works as intended. Quality of the material and how it was made seems to be well done.

Great product that really works. It fits so well, is so comfortable, and positions my chin and jaw in such an effective way. This enables me to experience an effective neck traction.
