Q: What is the size of the Large, vs X-large?

This seat cushion large size measures 18'' long, 14'' wide, and 3'' thick. The XL-large measures 18.11'' long, 16.14'' wide, and 3.54'' thick.

Q: Does this cushion have cooling, or just memory foam?

No heating or cooling. I am somewhat disappointed as I’ve only had it less than a year and one side has flattened. I weigh around 130lbs so I don’t think that contributed to the problem. I was about to buy a new one just not this one again.

Q: Does the center bump mess with your junk?

Well, I’m not a man nor do I have junk. But I don’t have any issues with this. I love it and it has helped me with lower back pain. I would think if you have a filter (everything cinched up) on your junk, it would be just fine. 😜
