Been taking it for about 2 weeks but don't really feel anything different in particular so I don't think it's very effective in what it claims. But based on available scientific evidence, it seems the ingredients listed to partially support some of the claims.For example, 30mg of Saffron a day is comparable to some antidepressants to treat depression which would help with mood, it can also improve retinal health and slow down eyesight degradation it seems but this is less proven. Results for curcumin is more mixed and not very solid, it does have anti-inflammatory properties so it may potentially help with pain relief? But the key is whether curcumin is fully absorbed by the body.Zinc is a proven ingredient for treating depression so no arguments there.

This is a good quality natural supplement. Helps promote a strong immune system. Reasonably priced.

If you want saffron, buy saffron; you'll get about 2-6 grams for $30. Per the content declaration, this whole jar of 90 pills would just buy you about 0.9 grams of the substance (30mg per capsule, shipping 90 total). On top of that, you get 13x as much curcumin extract (from turmeric), providing most of the yellowness. Add a pinch of zinc (0.6g total) the the mix and some other ingredients to package it all, and you end up with this supplement.I don't know if it does anything (and wouldn't be allowed to state it in a review here if I did), but the capsules are easy enough to swallow, unless you have difficulties swallowing, in which case the capsules might be a bit of a challenge. If you catch a whiff of the inside of the pill jar, it mostly smells of turmeric, with maybe a whisper of saffron overtones to it.
