Q: Can this be used as a body wash?

It cleans beautifully without stripping the face skin and making it feel tight and dry. I think it will work great as a body wash...but might be really pricey to use all over the body.

Q: Is this product cruelty free?

Hi… Thank you for contacting me. I did not know the answer so I searched it up… “Two of the most popular skincare brands that are often recommended for sensitive skin are CeraVe and Cetaphil. But neither of these brands are cruelty-free, and many of their products contain animal-derived ingredients. What both brands do well is offering products with minimal yet effective ingredients, particularly ceramides. Ceramides are known to help to bolster the skin barrier and prevent permeability.” Hope to have helped!

Q: What is an expiry date for this product?

Does not expire. No expiration date on the bottle.

Q: My product arrived damaged. i returned it last week and ordered replacement. says replacement ordered but no eta on when it will arrive. anyone know?
