Bought this for a small catering gig that my wife did for a friend. It easily held 5 of the 2.5 inch full size sheet pans and kept the food warm a few hours during prep and transport. Overall the container is extremely well build and very solid. In terms of washing it down, it was very simple to clean and the door comes off very easily as well. Great Product!

We have used this food carrier a couple of times, and the last time noticed steam coming out of the corner. (See photos. You can see the condensation on the outside of the carrier above where the leak is in the door closure.) Unfortunately, we are passed the return window due to not needing it this summer, and only just now using it. It has not been dropped. We have used it to transport food from kitchen to vehicle to serving location.If you only need a carrier and aren't worried about keeping food at ServeSafe temperature, this carrier will work. We transport hot meals to folks living on the street. We need to keep the food at temperature (hot in the winter and cold in the summer). It is useless for us.Willing to change this review if someone reaches out to exchange this item for one that works.

I have four of these for a small catering business. They are a great item for the price. Cleaning them is easy and they keep food hot for hours! However, one thing I've noticed is overtime the plastic absorbs food odors. And you cannot get it out!

One of the door latches broke the first time using it, and was generally not well made. Despite the flat ice packs and large ice unit on the top, the poor door seal meant it didn’t hold temp during the event. It may do better with hot food.

well... I was hoping it would fit my full sized proofing boards but the box is far smaller than advertised.Since they’re wood boards, I’ll just trim them rather than invest on a $500 Cambro version of this that would fit my boards.My box also came scuffed all over as if someone used it and returned it.

I have owned many hot boxes over the years, and this one is just as good as others I have tried. For all the people complaining it is too heavy when loaded, put it wher you need it empty, then load it so you dont have to move it around. Or hire some help, I have 20 people on my staff, why am I gonna break my back when I can get help, duh!Great box, does a nice job holding hot-hot, and cold-cold! What else can you say?
