What I'd call a proper unit !
Aside from being quite heavy, this is a great charging bank. I opted for the 20k version. Has it's own built in USB C cable that doubles as a charging point in or out. Also has a separate USB C port for a longer cable so you can keep using your phone or whatever while it's charging ( the power bank is powerful enough to keep ahead of a phone battery). There's also a USB A port on the side. When you charge the bank, it shows the charging level on a small screen. Takes 2 or 3 hours to charge up from the mains, but it seems to last for ages! You can charge 3 things at the same time without loss of speed. The only minor thing is that weight - no way this goes in a trouser pocket, although it'll go in a winter coat pocket - but you'll know it's there. Best suited for a backpack or use 'on the sofa'. I don't do camping, but it would be great for that too.

A perfect power bank
Anker has become a solid name within the electrical products market, their power banks are among the best, i have used this on a few adventures for charging my Gopro and it last ages. It doesn't have loads of ports but it has what you need, one dedicated usb c output lead ( so built in ), not very long so it's design to be stuck in a bag with the device needing charged, it does have a usb c port and a usb port, both act as outputs and inputs ( charge device and charge power bank ), it's not a light power bank but then you wouldn't expect that given it's 20,000mah size and that's plenty charge for alot of devices. It only has 30w charging which covers lower end needs like certain smart phones. It feels really premium and solid in the hand. One of the key features other than the dedicated usb-c charge lead inbuilt is the two charge rates it has, double pressing the power button will make a green dot appear next to the charge remaining number, this is designed for lower power consuming devices to safely charge them at slower rates. I would really recommend this power bank. Well it seems Ankers product and safety testing is very low! Recall on this model, this gives me very little confidence in their products and will actively avoid them as a brand.

Worth the money!
This is quite a heavy power bank that is easy to use and charges really well. There's one usb port and one USBc port that you can use at the and time. It fits lovely in your handbag and it functions as it should. I currently have it with me in Tunisia, so it is aeroplane friendly and I've used it every day to keep my handheld fan fully charged at all times. I've currently been here 9 days and still haven't had to charge it.

Great product, highly recommend!
This power bank takes quite a long time to charge initially depending on the USB lead you use, to charge the device but has a large battery life and provides extremely fast smartphone / iPhone charging. The charger is very portable, great for travelling although bear in mind that you must carry a USB lead to charge the device and a lightning cable to charge a smartphone or iPad from the device. Neither USB or Lightning cable are provided with the product but that’s to be expected. Expected delivery information was inaccurate and changed date for delivery frequently. I bought a like new version of this product and it arrived in almost immaculate packaging, device appears to be functioning well besides a bit of a slow device charge speed depending on the USB lead you use. This device can charge your smartphone around 3 - 4x over before recharging the device which I think is incredible and great value for money. Product is compact and attractive, not aware it overheats or anything so I’m really pleased. Thank you. Did not arrive with an instruction manual which is my only drawback, I have had to work out how to use it myself.

Very good power bank built in cable may be a problem if you break it
Good points1.Fast charge works great2.its small but quite heavy but that's what you would expect3. screen is nice and clear.4. its smart enough to know if you want to charge a low or high power device and regulated the wattageBad points for me1, the cable is built in so if you break the USB-C you cant replace it2, cable length is very short and you cant swap it, so say you want it in a backpack and walk around with your phone out charging forget it the cable is too short (however you can also use your own cable in the in/out USBC port)3, I try to charge this from my large battery storage but for some reason this pack will only send power back to my main storage even on the in/out charge side of the pack it only send power out so it has to be charged from the mains as far as i can tellthe cable thing you can use your own but it doesnt really state this in the instructions so you can use a long usb C from say a backpack using the in/out usbc

Best budget power bank
Great build quality, holds a lot of power that can charge your smartphone about 4 or 5 times, it is incredibly well worth the money as it does as advertised, it has one USB A port for any other devices like ear buds or charging a smart watch, people say its heavy and that is not the case, an absolute lifesaver of a gadget that has saved me time and time again.

Poor support from Anker after product recall
I enjoyed using this power bank and whilst heavy, the included cable was very useful and it could recharge phones fairly quickly.Sadly, there has been a safety recall and this is the reason for my review. Amazon notified me of the recall and directed me to the Anker recall page where they ask for an invoice, and an image of the back of the charger showing the model and serial number. However, the chargers (I bought two), are well used and the writing on the back of each unit is now illegible. I contacted Anker support to ask what to do (I have the proof of purchase remember), and the automated response was just ‘send a picture of the model and serial number’. USELESS!!So I have 2 chargers that cost £50, I am advised are unsafe to use and proof of purchase, but the “computer says no” because the writing on their product rubbed off over the course of a year of ownership.Such a shame, I was quite a brand advocate and have a number of chargers, speakers, cables and more from Anker, but I can’t recommend them any longer when they can’t even offer basic support or common sense on their own safety recall.
