Okay, I am writing this to point out my success story and problems I have read in the reviews. I am NOT a doctor, this is my experience and personal opinion.IMPORTANT: This drug has been around for over 100 years. It is a blue dye, that's all. Methylene Blue, currently, is used to treat a specific medical problem. It has other medical uses as well. There are dosing guidelines for clinical purposes, in a medical setting, and which should only be followed in treatment by a physician.IMPORTANT: There are some very specific drug interactions to be avoided, SO DO YOUR RESEARCH and make sure you are not putting yourself at risk.This drug is also used as a supplement with many other applications and claims. There are no specific dosing requirements that I could find as a supplement and its use as a supplement, in my opinion, should only be at low dose levels to start. I started with a couple of drops in the morning and I ramped up quickly when my symptoms began to abate.MY PERSONAL USE: I am a 66 year old male. I am using 8 drops in the morning and at night for the specific purposes of remediation of symptoms related to Ciprofloxacin Toxicity, i.e., several and long term reactions to the antibiotic Cipro. One of the mechanisms of Ciprofloxacin Toxicity is damage to the Mitochondria and it ability to pass along oxygen and iron from cell to cell, so MB, reportedly, addresses that breakdown directly. My symptoms for the last 4.5 years have included extreme and at times disabling lethargy, leg weakness and pain, brain fog, unexplained gasping for air (with normal O2), unexplained tendon pain, just to name a few.
