I bought this for my bf because he has locs to his shoulders. It covered all of his locs and was still tight to the head, not just hovering on top. Now I’m going to order another on for myself for when I have braids.

I really like this shower cap ,I have locs ,and as om writing this I'm waiting on the delivery of my second one. I bought the first one back in March and I loved it . No more wet hair that took hours to dry. I did notice that one of my locs started thinning at the roots because if the pulling. I recommend putting a bonnet underneath, or tying a scarf around your edges to protect them from the elastic.I am not really replacing my old one just yet but I was a little aggressive putting it on one day (now that my hair is longer its a little more work). And I got a small bit of separation from the elastic not enough to throw it out just yet I just turn that part to the back,but enough to know it's time to get a new one before I don't have one. I use it to shower and I use it for my acv non traditional soak I spritz my hair until soaked with acv mixed with distilled water. Then bag my hair with a shopping bag ( i might switch to strips to protect my edge) and this shower cap for up to an hour then wash as usual. This shower cap saved my locs from being wet and possibly getting mildew in my locs from being wet to often . I appreciate the price point and the quality very much and I recommend 😊

Great product. Does what it's supposed to do. Fits nice and snug around the head which is great if you want to wear your AirPods underneath it in the shower. Also roomy enough for my mid-back-length locs. The only con is the factory smell but it wears off with time.

This shower cap is more durable than I expected. I have locs, and I've been using them for a couple of months. I have no complaints; it works as advertised.

The media could not be loaded. I thought it was the perfect cap, but after a couple of uses when the threads started popping up. I guess you get what you pay for.UPDATE!!After filling out the return, the company sent me a new cap. This one is exactly what I was looking for. I’m adding a new video to show it. The threads don’t pop out, and the cap seems to be well made.I think the first one they sent me was from a bad batch, but they have fixed the problem.Now I’m happy with my purchase and recommend it.

This will definitely hold protective hairstyles that are bulky and long. I have an egg shaped head and this is the only shower cap to fit me and make me feel secure in the shower. I wear my natural hair buns on top of my head and my hair fits with much room to spare and my bun is not smashed. However 4 mos later the elastic has stretched and no longer snuggly fits, I will need a new one. The overall shower cap is still in great shape and durable. It did smell like a shower curtain a week or so out the plastic but it wears off.I think if they could make the elastic adjustable like children's clothing bottoms have in the waist, this cap would be 5 🌟 I recommend it and would buy again especially because it is inexpensive. I've spent more money repurchasing hair store/walmart shower caps in a year than I will buying 3 if these in a year.UPDATE: Reordered and the 2nd cap came and the head hole was sewn smaller. To put the cap on I had to squeeze my head in it which after 2 uses popped the plastic from the elastic. So now I'm out of a cap and believing inconsistency may be an issue with the caps. I'm not sure I will buy a third. Knocking off a star.
