It is definitely more geared toward a newborn, so if you remember all of the 'firsts' it would be fine to fill in the blanks. It also does have a few sections on daddy and family (like a family tree, a place for photos of the father, a page on things the father likes), so depending on how involved he is, you may want to look for something else that is more geared to just the baby.Also, once the newborn things are filled in, there is not much to contribute after year 1 other than birthdays and a few other pages.
