Im using it since 2years, mashallah working very good.I leave it on for 40minutes and the food becomes as hot as from the stove or ove.Those who have posted the pics saying product melted a bit while heating... I think they left it ON for longer time. Use as per instructions. If used properly it can work for 4-5yrs.
