I’m familiar with the anti inflammatory and health benefits of turmeric, and I have juiced turmeric or added powder to drinks before. This pill form is so much more convenient especially because turmeric can be messy. The pills are on the larger side but they are still easy for me to swallow. Both of my bottles arrived undamaged and with good expiration dates. But the real reason I am writing this review is because I have had neck and/or back pain nearly every single day for months. I’m not sure of the cause but I had blamed it on my mattress/sleeping wrong because I didn’t sustain any obvious injuries. I just dealt with it and rarely took pain medicines. But within a week of taking this turmeric I noticed no more back and neck pain! Also my ankle swelling is reduced also. It’s a bit pricey but I got a good deal and they will last a while. I’ve used various vitamins and supplements from this brand and I have to say the quality is top tier and I love the natural/plant based organic ingredients.

These fermented turmeric supplements have saved my husband's life for the past year. He broke his femur and a few months later when we thought he was doing great, took a turn for the worst. This turmeric supplement is the real deal! I’ve noticed a hugeee improvement in my joint pain and overall gut & face inflammation (also has to do with diet!). The fact that it’s organic and includes black pepper for absorption makes a big difference. If you’re looking for a natural way to feel better (aside proper diet), I highly recommend this!!

Been looking for a trusted brand for turmeric and magnesium supplements. I haven’t found if they make magnesium for this company, but I do love their turmeric. I like that they combine it with probiotic cause I’ve noticed a subtle change in my overall functioning, my digestion, less bloating and my joints feel better. I jog outside in and my knees need to be protected. I also have IBS with constipation sometimes so I have felt a subtle increase in quality of life and functioning digestive as well. My ONLY issue is why did they add PALM OIL and sunflower letchin ? Those are two very questionable ingredients and palm oil is definitely inflammatory and can give people with cholesterol more issues. Swap out the palm oil out for organic coconut please or avocado at least! And keep the price at $20 or less!

Good feel better it help my health

I suffer from an autoimmune disease called Hashimoto's Disease which at no predicted time randomly triggers an extremely painful acute inflammation flare over my entire body, but especially with gripping pain and severe spasms in my lower back and hips. I no longer can take NSAIDS which do damage to my kidneys and liver. Acetaminophen or Tylenol both are insufficient taken alone as they cannot help inflammation, only help treat pain. My intelligent daughter is familiar with natural health products and when I experienced another debilitating and painful flare a few months ago, she ordered and had a bottle of this Turmeric caplets product shipped to me immediately. It contains black pepper to help the body absorb it better. I began taking it at once and noticed within three or four days it was helping relieve the severe inflammation and spasms I was experiencing. It was a 60 day bottle of caplets and I continued taking them for 32 days and stopped. I have 28 days remaining and will have them on hand and ready for when the next flare comes. I was both surprised and amazed at how helpful and good they were in my needed treatment. In the past, I was always forced to seek Urgent Care and then be treated with Prednisone. It wasn't necessary this past time as this Turmeric product did the trick and helped me significantly. I ordered myself another bottle to have immediately available and on hand when the next unfortunate flare randomly arrives. This is important: I was advised by my chiropractor it may not be good practice to remain on Turmeric for extended periods of time due to my body getting used to it like immunity to taking a certain antibiotic medication and then my body won't recognize or react to it when I desperately need to take it again. I feel being on it for 30 days is adequate and safe, but if one is still not feeling much better, please consult your physician to be evaluated for required more potent medication. Above all, I prefer using natural organic products first. This Turmeric is great!

Bottle arrived broken and I never got to try them. However, I am glad because the pills were HUGE and stinky. You can find capsules of great quality from other companies that are much easier to swallow. Customer service was great though and refunded promptly!
