Easy Peasy
So easy to use. Watch the video. YOu do not have to lift the SUP over anything, tilt the trailer then straighten up and go on your way. Super easy. Sometime people, you just need to read the instructions and watch the video. I am 5’0” tall and can handle my 37 pound paddle board just fine. Go for it.

works well but snug fit
Overall I am very pleased. But it is a snug fit for my SUP (SUP measures 6 and 1/4 inches top to bottom and carrier 6 and 5/16" inches Thus it takes a little effort to load and remove. But the snug fit means I don't need to use straps to hold the board in place.

Love This Cart
This cart has greatly enhanced my SUP experience. Prior to buying the cart, I used a strap to carry the SUP board three blocks to the beach. My SUP weighs 26 lbs. With the Suspenz cart, I am more rested when I SUP. My back is in better shape after SUPing because it did not bear the strain of carrying a 26 lbs board three blocks each way.The cart is very easy to use. I just set the SUP in the cart and do not even tie it down. The cart has the right balance of size and wheel size and maneuverability. The cart rolls easily with my SUB board across sidewalks, parking, and streets to the beach. The cart is sturdy and has a high quality feel and finishes. I highly recommend.

I love my Suspenz SUP cart!
I had high expectations for a SUP cart, although this one is spendy, it does exactly what I hoped it would do.First off, it was easy to put together; less than 5 minutes with no tools.I am able to roll it across cement and about 200 feet of uneven grass without using the straps while pushing it with only one hand.Loading is a snap... I am 5'4" and load it just as shown in the video, and I set it in place with my SUP hand cutout between the two bars (no guessing how to distribute the weight). Finally, I was very happy that I can leave my SUP on the cart while the board is in the garage; I am not concerned it will tip (the end touching the ground keeps it steady) and it takes up almost no additional space. Plus it is a bonus that I can slide my paddle on one side of the board and rest the handle on my fin to keep it in place when rolling.Compared to what I paid for a kayak cart, it is a bit steep, but having it work so well and being able to leave it on the cart when not in use means not loading it to take it to the water. I love it and use it daily as the weather permits. Seems well made and is worth the price not to twist my back, tweak my hip, or put added weight on a recently recovered ankle injury. I am very happy with my purchase.

Can't raise and steady the cart and put the board in it at the same time without help
What they don't show you in their videos is actually putting the first paddle board onto the cart. They show a paddle board already on a double sided cart that is keeping it from moving around in the video, but I can imagine that the lady in the video needed help getting the first board on the cart. It doesn't have a kick-stand so it's hard to get your paddle board into it for the single cart. I had to hunt around my basement to find something (about the height of the tires) to lean the cart on so that I can get the paddle board inside the cart without needing someone else to help me raise and steady the cart at the same time. Almost considered returning this but I'm going to give it a shot. Looks like it will be durable, is light-weight and was very easy to put together.
