I bought this product on 3rd August. It is working fine till date. One impressive thing is the customer service and support they are providing. Especially the technician who knows every minute details regarding the produt

Idea of using an incinerator at home helps me a lot. This machine is of compact size. Heavy but that is fine. 2 pads can be burned at a time. After starting one process, we need to wait 45 minutes for putting next set of pads. Like that 25 pads can be burned in a day. Proper user manual is there. Product support available on call. I love this machine. Serves its purpose.One issue is it produces lot of smoke.

The media could not be loaded. This product works exactly as expected and great option to handle wet napniks. We have been using this product for over a month and customer support is friendly and available on call as needed.
