I bought this microwave oven from Amazon with high hopes, but right from the day I received it, the heating performance has been poor. It simply doesn’t heat food properly—dishes come out unevenly warm or completely cold, no matter how long I set the timer or adjust the power levels.I expected at least basic functionality from a brand-new appliance, but this product has failed from the start. It's frustrating to wait several minutes only to find that my food is still cold. This defeats the whole purpose of owning a microwave oven.I tried contacting Amazon support, and while the return/replacement process was available, it’s still disappointing that such a defective product was shipped in the first place. Clearly, there’s a quality control issue.Would not recommend this product at all unless the manufacturer addresses this heating defect. Very poor experience overall.

Pata nahin mere microwave se kisko kya dikkat hai bhai kisi ne screwdriver se dent mar hai bhai(I recently got this microwave and there was a damage in a back side I saw many of people's got this same damage on a back side but this still working very bad type of product quality I don't understand how everyone got the same problem?)

The media could not be loaded. Dent hai 4 side se...Sath me mile tray bhi chhote hai.... Fit nhi ho raha , baar baar gir rha hai... Bake kya khaak hoga. Bina dekhe aap seller par vishwas kar ke ham customer online saamaan mangate hai, or aap log kitne Bure dhang se cheat karte hai. Aap log below lower class category logo ke emotions, time or mehnat ki kamaai ke paise ke sath khelte hai.... Bohot galat baat hai.... Delivery or packaging sahi hai , jab packaging sahi hai to dent kaise aya apke product me. Or apne bas cartoon me bhar ke bhej diya normal Amazon slip laga kar. Dent to dur ki baat hai sath me aya grill rack or tray bhi Chhota size ka hai jo lagate ho gir Jaa rha hai. Kitna vishwas tha mujhe..... Amazon or aap seller par.
