Great purchase for my dad why he hunting he loves it he show it to all his buddies

I bought this primarily for lighting incense sticks. For that, it is excellent.I am not a heavy smoker--maybe a pack per month. It does light cigarettes OK. At least for me. I do, however, believe it would be very difficult to light a cigar of a size much larger than a cigarette.My main complaint is the longevity of the charge. I have not actually counted the number of clicks, but I doubt I burn more than a dozen sticks per day. Now sometimes, a stick takes a little time to get started--more time than a cigarette. But still, it only lasts a couple days before needing a recharge. It's no huge deal, since I have a micro plug right next to my chair, but I would have been happier with a longer lasting battery.Having said that, it DOES recharge fairly quickly. Maybe 20-40 minutes. The unit is quite light in weight. That is why I think they could have put in a more robust battery, sacrificing some of the lightness.I bought a couple "flex-neck" electric lighters which have a single arc firing system. The dual arc firing system on this lighter is FAR superior to the single. I will never buy another single arc lighter. I would buy another dual arc lighter, and am quite likely to try this same company's lighter/flashlight combination.As far as performance goes, I give it 5 stars. But the short battery life forces me to give it a 4 star rating overall. Nevertheless, if you don't mind charging it frequently, I do believe you will be pleased with the purchase of this if you so choose.

Love the fact it is rechargeable. Works well outdoors where a majority of my work takes place.

Product arrived DOA. Requested a new one based on the semi-decent reviews. Will report back with an update.

A great lighter for any occasion

Nice compact lighter... the arc is small so don't expect a Bic lighter. But you can't blow it out... pretty cool!

Don't worry about the wind. This lighter works.
