Superb Quality
I would say this has been the best photo paper I've used so far. I am using them to print our wedding photos and I am really happy with the results! They look like postcards. The paper is super matt, which is what I do aim for, as other brands I've tried still show some shine on the printed product. This one has no shine at all. The feel and look of my photos are superb! Also, one advantage I see with this finish is that it doesn't leave fingerprint marks on the paper. It's true that it's hard to distinguish the coated side from the uncoated side and that's why they have the instructions. To be honest, I've wasted around 80 sheets just because I was feeding them in the printer on the wrong side. Make sure you check your printer specs before doing so. Once I got the hang of it, everything went smoothly. This worked best for me when I chose "other photo inkjet photo paper" on the printing preferences. The colours are so vibrant I find looking at the printouts a lot better than on screen. In terms of service, I give them 5 stars as well. My package was sent to a warehouse after 2 missed attempts of home delivery and then the lockdown happened. I contacted Amazon customer service and the next day I got a response from the direct seller who dispatched another batch for me the same day. I got the package the day after that.I bought another pack of 600 pcs to print more and for stocking. I'm so happy with this purchase and I am looking to try their other finishes as well.

Very mixed opinion
Okay so here is my opinion.I'll start of by saying its using these have been a little more hassle than I would have liked. The packaging to the paper is very professional, and you receive lots of instructions as to how to use the paper, but that's as far as the positives go.So, although it is Matted paper, to untrained eye it is very hard to differentiate the back of the paper to the matte side (You do receive instruction), however, when you have printers that require face down first etc it does get confusing. In regards to the actual paper quality, I would say honestly, its far too matted. My photography work is purposely edited to give the matted feel, but printing my photos to the highest specs possible made the prints look SO contrasted it's unreal. I purchased 300 6x4 sheets, and can honestly say I've wasted 40/60 of them prints just doing reprints.I would think on the same paper, but printed at a larger scale like 9x6, 10x8 or A4 etc, the prints would look much better. But, printing 6x4 with high quality photos, the matted feel is just far too much.I give a 3 star due to the company not doing anything wrong, but cannot rate it higher due to the quality of the prints at 6x4.(if I can provide photos at a later date, I will try to show examples)

So disappointed
The paper looks and feels like regular printer paper, nothing special. And sadly the prints were just as I'd expect from regular paper. The colours are dull. Such a waste of money because I was looking forward to using what professionals use. Can't return as it's been opened and I've printed 5 pictures. I'll go back to my trusty Kodak paper.

Few problems
This paper appears to absorb more ink than other papers, hence the prints that are in darker colours print fine but those that are lighter, requiring less ink appear fuzzy and out of focus. In addition, unlike Kodak papers that have their name printed on the back of each sheet, distinguishing print side there are no markings on this paper and you have to go bearing in mind the side up in the box is the print side to distinguish print side, which becomes invalid fairly easily and impossible to say
