Expensive lesson
The reason for the one star rating was because the toy stopped working in less than a week. After reading the return policy I discovered that I needed all the original packaging, which an excited 7 year old ripped to shreds when opening her gift. So I ate it. I do not recommend purchasing this product on line due to such restrictive return policies. Go to your brick and mortar stores.

WONT HATCH!!!!!
Well it started hatching and then just stopped and went come back on. I looked online and it says to flip upside down then back, shake all these tricks to get it started but nothing. It would t turn back on no matter what I do and this is defi Italy not a cheap toy!
