Super effective
Incredibly Moisturizing and Effective! This lightweight lotion has been a game-changer for my dry skin. While the scent isn’t my favorite, it’s perfect as a base layer—especially before events—since I can easily apply a more fragrant lotion on top. What really sets it apart is how deeply it hydrates: it’s the only product I’ve found that provides lasting relief for over 24 hours. My skin not only feels more comfortable, but it actually looks healthier too. It’s especially amazing on problem areas like dry feet, elbows, and knees. Highly recommend if you're looking for serious, long-lasting moisture!

The Best Moisturizer for Legs
I do not know what I did before discovering this moisturizer. I have dry, sensitive skin and my legs used to be super dry and scaly. So upsetting! I tried so many body creams, body products etc until I saw someone mention this on social media somewhere. I've been using it for several years now and will never stop. It has saved my dry legs and it is all I need, including during cold, dry NYC winters. It is the only body moisturizer that has worked for me. For context, I am now 50 years old. The only negative is that it smells terrible! Like a chemical-y medicine. But that is a small, tiny price to pay for smooth, moisturized legs. The smell usually goes away within an hour and you can layer on other perfumed oils or moisturizers to further mask. I use this in the mornings after a shower and it keeps legs moisturized all day.

Great body lotion, but the smell...
This is one of the best body lotions I've ever used. It makes my skin feel so soft and moisturized. I have KP skin and this is one of the few lotions I feel I can see a difference in my skin after one use.Having said that, there is a smell with this product that I believes comes from the lactic acid. I really don't like it and it does linger. If you have sensitive skin, I would proceed with caution with this product as it does contain a higher concentration of an AHA (lactic acid at 15%) that helps to exfoliate the skin. Besides the lactic acid, it does contain some ceramides. Ceramides help to moisturize and strengthen the protective skin moisture barrier. All in all, it's a great product worth a try.

If you have dry skin and no lotions work - this is your girl
I have Hashimoto’s and get super dry, flaky skin—especially in the fall and winter—and honestly, this is the only lotion that keeps it under control. I’ve tried so many moisturizers over the years, but nothing works quite like this one. I stay hydrated for a full 24 hours, no problem.I found it thanks to Dr. Dray on YouTube (bless her), and I’m so glad I gave it a shot. It does have a bit of a scent—not perfumey, just kind of “clinical”—but I’ll take that any day if it means my skin doesn’t feel like sandpaper. Total game-changer for dry skin warriors. I use with a body oil to cut the scent, but honestly, I don't even smell it anymore since i've used this for so long.

Great for toes!
I have suffered from dark toe nails for years. Recently I had to switch to this lotion due to extreme dry skin on my feet that I thought was a fungus, but it was just extreme dry skin. This lotion not only healed my skin, but my toe nails have gotten several shades lighter and counting! GREAT STUFF! so glad my Dermatologist made me buy it.

Best cream on the market
This product is the most amazing, underrated body care. People shy away from it because it has a chemical smell in the beginning ( Which is the active ingredient, lactic acid) but it totally dissipates within five minutes if not quicker. I don’t think it stinks, It’s simply not masked by a bunch of fragrances and perfumes. I add my perfume when the cream is absorbed. It may tingle a little bit in the beginning. That’s the active ingredient working. The other problem is it takes a month to work. At least for it did for me. You’ll see differences within a week though. But it is so worth the wait. People get too impatient. I have no idea how I stumbled upon this product, but I am so glad I did. Pictures below and I promise I used no filters. (I’m 56). I’m certainly not saying my skin is perfect, because it’s not. But I am saying the improvement is astonishing. I wish I had before pictures but I don’t. I didn’t realize it was gonna work so well. My advice, be patient. Btw, all the bumps on my arms are gone.

Works Great, Smells Unbearably Bad
I'll start with the positives. This stuff works great. Like incredibly great! I have very dry skin and this stuff has made major improvements in my crispy, gross, bumpy, long-suffering winter skin after just a few days of use. It's truly amazing. Moving on to the negatives: Other reviewers who say it has an "odd" smell are apparently very kind people, or don't actually have real noses. This stuff stinks to high heaven. It has, for me, an intolerably bad smell. Like a combination of ammonia + cat pee + something petrochemical-ish + maybe some notes of rotting carcass. It's horrific, the smell. Like I want to run away from my own self while I apply it and I actively hate smelling myself after I've put it on. To be fair, the smell *does" dissipate after about 30 minutes, but I still smell it, faintly, many hours after having applied it, and then I want to run away from myself all over again. I haven't asked my husband if he can smell it on me, because I'm scared to know his answer. As a more neutral, though not entirely positive, point of feedback, it goes on sticky and tacky, but that does diminish some after a while, so that you'll be just a little bit sticky by hour 4 and your underpants should cease to stick to your butt cheeks at that time. As to the price: Sure, it's relatively expensive, but it does work beautifully, and perhaps smelling like something that's dead or dying is worth it to you!To summarize:- Pros: This stuff works beautifully and lives up to its advertised promises. I desperately want to love it.- Cons: The price you'll pay for beautiful skin is smelling like a rotting BCE dinosaur corpse that's been doused with 40 pounds of very old and dirty cat litter.
