Good quality product.
I thought there would be more in the bag since it’s really cut up. It was enough to fill about a half gallon mason jar. I like to use this product in my herbal tea that I make in the morning. The product itself is really good quality just there’s not a lot of it for the price, but I would definitely order it again because it adds great flavor to my tea.

Great item
This is exactly what I needed and the product exceeds my expectation. Will provide a strong whole ginger root flavor. I use it in ramen but would in any recipe requiring fresh ginger root.

Brings the ginger bite
This cut ginger brings the dried ginger bite and is in a convenient form for making tea. It met my expectations in quality and was well priced, like my other spices I've purchased from Frontier Co-op

Tastes and smells like tanbark
I bought this seeing the recent bad reviews so I was hesitant but I thought I'd give it a try.this smells and tastes like tanbark. I tried making a syrup with it and it tasted like sweet wood chips. I thought maybe it's a fluke and brewed some with some green tea. It tastes like I fell face first into a playground tanbark pit. It made me feel incredibly nauseated. I don't know what is wrong with this ginger but it tastes like they cut it with literal wood.I get ginger from the tea shop I work at and this tastes nothing like ginger. I'm not exaggerating when I say it tastes like wood chips. And I'm very aware that dried ginger is supposed to taste "woody" but this is horrible and inedible. To all those considering buying this, please just pay extra and get actual ginger.
