I've bought several formal coats on Amazon, but none have matched the quality of this one at this price point. While the material might not be the absolute best, for what you pay, it’s an impressive deal. The coat is beautifully cut, wonderfully warm, and fits my style perfectly. The thicker lapels, double-breasted design, and full length are exactly what I was looking for.I also love that I can buy similar coats in different colors without breaking the bank—something I’ve already taken advantage of. After a few months of consistent wear, the shell is still in great shape, which is where many similarly priced coats tend to fall short. There has been some pilling on the lining, but it’s a minor issue, especially given the overall durability of the coat.If you're after a solid formal coat at an excellent price, this one is definitely worth considering.

I post reviews often but this is a really well made, well tailored coat at a classic length. By"tailored", I mean it isn't a box, the sides are more form-fitting so there's slimming at the waist. I live in Central Texas and would call this a heavy coat in a good way. Slit pockets are in the perfect position. Interior pockets are on both sides. I'm 5'10", 192lbs. with a 44" chest and the Large was perfect but I wouldn't want a bit smaller. The size guide says something like 47" chest for the large so I'd say this coat runs small and is a pretty slim cut. I'm thinking this probably would not be a great fit on a rounder frame person.

Be mindful they run small. If you wear a medium. Buy large!! Also animal hair magnet. Still a great coat.

I was prepared for this item to be a waste of money, however this coat fit me great. I am 6'4 around 200lbs. I bought the XXL size. Feels great, looks great! The coat is warm! I live in an area that sees teen temps and even below zero at times. This coat so far has kept me warm and keeps me looking stylish! I had an old coat I replaced with this one. I am very picky about my coats and for years have been seeking a replacement...well I have finally found it! Well done.

Has great padding at the shoulders, nice material has a great texture, and it has a nice weight to it which I like. The buttons are simple, straightfoward, and clean. The coat fit my size perfectly, I am typically a mens small for being 5 8 and about 150 lbs. It has a great silhouette too, the coat has a sleek shape to it that is helped by the broad shoulders and the way the double breasted front shapes when it is left open. A very nice coat and well worth the price, at a quality that I can see lasting for years. A very satisfied customer!

• First thing: The Smell. I won't claim this to be the reason for it but, I've received too many products from Amazon that Stink from handler's and delivery personel's Perfume and Deodorant. I can't get them into the Trash-Can or Return them fast enough!• Second thing: I'm 5'9", 157 lb, Medium/Small frame but have good shoulder muscles and flat belly. I can barely button this and can see the stress-pulling on the buttons.Feels verrrry tight and I fear Hugging my wife and popping the shoulder's stitches.• Third thing: Pretty Good Quality - No complaint about that.I bought this to wear as an Indoor every-day coat (chilly here in Winter and I keep temp at 67F).I decided it's my fault to have bought a Medium so, I'll keep it and donate it if needed. I washed it in the washing machine with Cold water and No-Heat Air Dried it. It did Not shrink and smells a little better.I suggest if User's are Near the upper limit of Medium size, you buy a Large.

I bought this jacket because I was visiting Spokane, WA and it was like 9 degrees there. I wanted to look good while still staying warm. This jacket was perfect! I love it, it has a bunch of functioning pockets(while shopping I noticed most overcoats have fake pockets) on the inside and outside of the jacket. The fabric is great and when it buttons up you can move your legs freely yet it still covers them. Highly recommend, 5 out of 5, this is my go to professional jacket.

If you are buying this coat to look good around town in "mildly cold" weather (basic snow) I expect you will be happy. It's comfortable, warm, looks nice, and is not too heavy or too bulky.BUTit has two imperfections that you may want to take into account if you're going somewhere really cold, meaning you may want to find something similar but without these flaws.(a) There is no button+button hole in the collar lapels. Meaning you can't pop the collar up to give your neck some extra protection. I fixed this by using safety pins to pin velcro on each of the lapels, which works, but which shouldn't be my job!(b) The pockets are very much "decoration" pockets, not functional pockets. They are good enough to hold your hands and keep them warm, but they are not angled and are not deep (so you can't easily hold your hands in them at a comfortable angle for a long time).Basically this is a warm coat that prioritized fashion over functionality. It's adequate to my needs, but I'd prefer something that prioritized functionality over fashion. If you have my tastes, don't make my mistake, buy a brand that gets the collar and pockets correct.(I got a large Full Length Camel. I, 180lb, 35" waist, 5'9" am quite happy with the fit.)
