My little one was brought these for his 3rd birthday and I would say that’s about right maybe 2 and a half but no younger .

Yes - all 3 as shown in picture. They’re not the best quality finish on the wood, and they’re for a Christmas present, so I can’t confirm how good the Velcro holds.
