They work!
I never took this product till yesterday. I saw many negative reviews saying they took two because they were backed up, then had horrible cramps and serious diarrhea. My suggestion is before bed only take one. Less is better if it will work, and it does work.Try only one to start before bed, if by morning you still have not went, then I would take another. They worked for me with just one before bed time. I know everyone is not the same, but with any case I'd start with one. It will clean you out
