This is really lovely, and great value for money. Really well made, very comfortable and does what it states to do. It's really well packaged as well, it comes with a little hygiene bag so you can put it in your fridge. Very cute, n very soothing if you suffer with puffy eyes. I've only had it in the fridge because I don't really like very cold on my face, (so I've not tried it in the freezer) but it does help with puffiness, and I also have dry eyes from contact lenses. Highly recommend

Great mask for puffy red eyes. I suffer with dry eyes and I also work shifts and lots of nights which dry my eyes even more due to the heating etc. I come home and take out of the fridge put around around my head and (although you’re not supposed to) I go to sleep with it on. It comes off in my sleep as I apparently move a lot but I guess it stays on for at least an hour and that’s enough to reduce the redness and puffiness. I haven’t tried it warm as I love the cold feel it gives my eyes. I would definitely recommend and I also do not think they are too big as some reviews say. They should be big enough to cover the eyelids and the under eye bags so I think they are the perfect size.

I was a little cautious about buying this due to the negative reviews but went for it anyway.The item arrived well packaged, brand new and with instructions and is of a high quality.Time will tell if it actually makes any visual difference to my tired eyes as I only began using it yesterday. It is very soothing and a comfy fit due to the adjustable strap and is a good size to cover the whole of the eye area.The best thing about it is you can use it again and again so that's a bonus.

I’ve been meaning to get an eye mask for ages and the quality of it is amazing. My favourite part is how the sellers left me a really cute and thoughtful note thanking me for my purchase. Used it to help ease the headache associated with eye strain (that throbbing pain at the front of the head... travelling from the top of eye sockets...). As cold press, it’s been very effective! Works wonders within several minutes. Comfortable to wear even straight out of the freezer. Even when frozen, you can adjust the shape relatively easily and the soft textured surface that comes in contact with your face feels cold but not too cold such that I can wear it happily for 10-20min without feeling like my eye balls are going to freeze.No, it doesn’t stay cold for hours but I wasn’t expecting that.Not tried it as warm press.

I have a problem with my eyelid an so the doctors said it would be best to use a warm compress at night. Which is why I bought this. Initially it worked great and it still does to an extent. I put it in the microwave for the 10 seconds but it didn't warm it very much so I upped it to 30 seconds. Which was perfect. However, over time the plastic which keeps the beads in as become loose and baggy which allows the beads to move far too much between eyes. The elastic band seems to have also loosened up even though I've not touched the velcro. It seems the more you heat it, over time it loosens up and so I don't think it will last much longer. The heat though has helped my eyelid problem though!

Bought this for my sadly recently widowed mum who was suffering very puffy and sore eyes after shedding many tears, it made her smile when it was delivered and she found it very soothing and that it helped to reduce the puffiness.
