My girlfriend and I have been using Triple Nerve Tonic and Pure Calm for over a year now. They are both must have parts of our health regimen. Both of these taken together works really well. The picture shows that one of the bottles is supposed to have a little tablets in it but both of them are liquid with droppers. I just dropped both of them are under my tongue and let them sit for 30 seconds and swallow. The Pure calm tastes really good The triple complex taste like pure rubbing alcohol. Not bad.

Doesn’t work as well as others I’ve used. Might just be my kids.
