I’ve been using Myprotein Creatine Monohydrate Powder for a few months now, and it’s definitely made a noticeable difference in my workouts. Increased strength, better endurance, and quicker recovery times are the biggest benefits I’ve seen. The powder is micronized and mixes pretty well with water or protein shakes, though it can occasionally leave a slight grit if not stirred properly.The unflavored version is great for stacking with other supplements, and the pricing is very competitive for the quality you get. My only minor gripe is the packaging—resealable pouches are convenient, but the seal can be finicky at times.

Not really one for writing reviews but felt compelled to after taking this stuff. Fist of all, i'd been sceptical after hearing reports about it's now debunked link to hair loss in men. I didn't do the loading as often recommended to start with. Just 5 grams a day in my smoothie or herbal tea. Dissolves easily leaving no residue and very neutral taste-wise. I felt it within the first 30mins of taking it in all of the muscles that I'd focused on in my most recent workout. Been on it 10 days and I've noticed:Increased strength profileFeeling more satiated in general for longer, especially as an 'alkaline vegan' lifestylerVisible muscle growthMore in the tank than usual (including in the sack!)Better recovery efficiencyI've only trained twice in this period and not hard as i'm currently nursing an injury. Having used this for a few years 8m happy with the quality and texture for the creatine which I mix in with my protein and it mixes well with no bad taste. The included measuring scoop makes it easy to get the right amount.With the rising costs of supplements the price for this is more than fair compared to others and the price increases of other products in their line up.Only issue I've ran into consistently is with the packaging where the seal often is defective not sealing or breaking away from the packet.

I have purchased other brands in the past but this one is really good and the blueberry flavour is really good. Highly recommended.

I take this every morning in a glass of water. I opted for the blue raspberry flavour. Some might find this very sweet, yet I quite like it. Easy to mix into the water and drink. Simple enough and at the amount needed. Worth trying and if that flavour isn't for you there are others, and an unflavoured version too. Decent value too.

Nice and crunchy

Decent creatine mixes well does the job. Scoop should be 5g not 3g. Better to buy flavoured creatine with electrolytes as it fulfills 2 purposes.
