That it works as it should.
No software to go with it but I recommend Cyberlink Suite for all viewing and editing needs. Cyberlink doesn't copy to pc, use DVDFAB (for blu-ray) or AnyMp4. Both work and are availible at Amazon.com or Ebay.com. The only negative thing is that the unit is short from front to back and on some laptops it doesn't com flush to the outside of the laptop, more like an inch inset. Enjoy
