You're receiving two-hundred (200) capsules for just under $7.00 and from a reputable distributor (Major) for a generic medication. My local pharmacy dispenses the Banophen name for generic diphenhydramine. The brand name of Benadryl is many times more expensive for the exact same ingredient and I should mention that in 1970 I went into anaphylactic shock from an allergic reaction and my life was saved by having Benadryl injected while at the hospital ER. Since then, I always carry at least 50 mg of diphenhydramine with me at all times and I highly recommend that others do too. The drawback, such as it is, is possible or probable profound drowsiness and hence this medication also works extremely well as a sleep aid and is in fact used in many over-the-counter sleep aids. All in all, a great value for a top notch product.

I take this at night to help me sleep. But this particular order that pills have dark pink covering all over them. I believe it is red dye number 40. It hasn’t made it extremely hard to sleep. I’m back. I have insomnia. I have to stop taking these because of my reaction to them. It took me a week or two to figure out what was going on and why I can’t sleep. But this is definitely a problem.

Used to get this free when I worked for a veterinarian, now I have to pay...but pretty cheap. They work like they should with no stomach upset ... So I'll stick to the generic.They make me sleepy, help a bit of with allergies...especially runny or cloged nose symptoms.

BEST BENADRYL EVER! I comes in capsule form plz always make capsule form is so easy to swallow verses the pink tablet form. It gets stuck in my throat unless I drink a full cup of water..Plz always have the capsule form available
