Powerland PD4000, 3300 Running Watts/4000 Starting Watts, Gas Powered Portable Generator

This generator is DANGEROUS!!! DO NOT BUY!!! IT WILL KILL YOU AND BURN YOUR HOUSE DOWN!!! I purchase this generator in September of 2017 at the peak of hurricane season. When it was delivered I put in oil and gas, it started easily enough, and I ran it for 10 minutes. 3 months later I tried to start it and it wouldn't start. I thought maybe the gas had gotten old, though it seemed like an awfully short period of time for that to happen, and I put it out of my mind again. I just gave it another go. I emptied the old gas out, put in fresh, and tried to start it again - no luck. Then I looked around and saw it, and I, were in a puddle that wasn't there minutes before. The reason it won't start is because ALL THE GAS GOING TO THE CARBURETOR WAS POURING OUT ON THE GROUND AROUND ME!!! Thank god it didn't start! The leak is coming from a cup-type part next to the carburetor and causes gas to drip, among other places, right near the muffler that would heat up in minutes of starting it and ignite the the entire generator, its fuel supply, and burn down anything near the gas-fueled fire. DO NOT BUY!!! THIS THING WILL KILL YOU IN A MOST HORRIBLE WAY!!! DANGEROUS!!! PELIGROSO!!! DANGEREUX!!! GEFÄHRLICH!!! ОПАСНО!!! DANGEROUS!!!

Setup was a breeze and it started on the first pull. Build quality seems excellent. Some reviews stated that a wheel kit was included, but mine did not come with one. After letting it run for about a half hour I plugged in a 1875 watt hair dryer and it powered perfectly. It's louder than the 4000 watt Cummins Onan in my RV, but it's also about 10% of the cost. So far I'm happy with the purchase. I plan to use it to power my RV when dry camping to save some hours on my more expensive RV unit.

This little generator is great. Starts every time with one pull of the cord ! Bought it for emergency backup for sump pump, refrigerator, etc. and I have no doubt it will perform when asked to do so. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a small quiet unit intended for light duty such as mentioned above.

So far I'm very pleased with this generator, it's not to loud , it powers our camper with no problem and it runs all night if you need it to.

Runs great and started right up after adding oil and gas, I used it at a birthday party in the park ran the bouncey house and misc. smaller things. No problems to report. I am pleased with the noise levels, I plan to use it while camping

This was great to have when we lost power due to the hurricane! We were able to keep fridge/freezer running, a couple lamps, tv and even make coffee! And a few days with now power, kids home coffee is a MUST for this momma!

Haven't ran anything from it yet, but instructions are clear and starting/running fine.
