Just the right size
I'm a 6' male, 185 lbs. and this works perfectly for lap swims to assist with an upper body workout. Highly recommend for lap swimmers of any size.

Easy to use between legs when just using arms as well as holding in place of a kickboard to just use legs. Easy to spot in pool or lake if it gets away.

Good tool to build arm and core strength
I started pool swimming to rehab a frozen shoulder then I really started liking it but got bored just doing laps so I looked for a tool to help build arm and core strength and this fit the bill. Easy to use and a real challenge especially in the beginning. It has really helped strengthen my core. A worthwhile tool to add to your pool routine.

Breakup after 1 month
It's a lightweight buoy good for regular or semi-regular training program. The size is good and good for value. The problem is, the one we purchased tear open between layers (obviously the glue does not survive long enough) after about 1 month usage (and we actually didn't swim everyday for probably only use for 15 mins per training session). I would call it a dissapointment.
