I have a 14 years old Boston and he needs to wear this diaper at night while sleeping because of incontinence of the #2 kind. This is common with Bostons of any age, and mine began to have this issue at 8-9 years old. I tried many other other options in the diaper department and this is the best. I have been using these for around 2 1/2 to 3 years, and it's life changing.....for all of us. You do need to cinch around the waist for it to stay on, but that's what the Velcro is for, and it works well. Don't be afraid to cinch. My 23 lb Boston wears a small. The diaper is simple to clean and hang dry, and I will put one through the wash once or twice a week, usually after one hand wash. My Boston has three of these and his quality of life is much improved because of them.

Ordered a couple of these for my male Rottie since he occasionally thinks it's a good idea to mark in the house because of my female Bully. He used to wear Belly Bands, but they would always slip over his 'offending member' when he sat down, which negated the use of them in the first place. I was amazed to find these in a big enough waist size to fit him....all the other brands were waaaay too small to fit him. I got the diapers without the tail hole and they stay perfectly in place. They work great and I never have to worry about his "boy bits" coming out of these. YAY!

I was looking for a hole less dog diaper for our 10 year old English bulldog. He doesn't have a tail and he is thick, so I saw these and measured. He is 27 inches so we but him the size that starts at 28 inches. ( Because it would be easier to make them fit if they are to big.) They do not work. They fit his wast, but The booty is saggy! He is able to wiggle his way out. Also the inside is microfiber so I would say the potty would bead up and run off. The elastic around the legs isn't tight, so it won't help hold in any wetness. We bought these just to deter him from marking in the house. It doesn't work. I think it would be better for our golden retriever. He has a bigger booty, but he has a tail so these are going in the trash.

The media could not be loaded. Not sure if this is an issue because of my dogs shape but the diaper doesn’t quite fit right. I have a frenchie and his body has that slope to it but he manages to get the diaper off a lot. It does absorb fine and we haven’t had other issues besides the weird fit.

I like everything about this dog diaper. It fits well, feels very absorbent and is soft and easy to put on. My dog doesn’t even seem to mind wearing it.

I ordered small for my 35lb paraplegic corgi and the fit is perfect in the waist. The leg area fits much too loosely. It would be nice it the leg holes could be adjusted (e.g. string, cable tie or Velcro). I think I will use some gaff tape to crest a pleat. Overall works ok and keeps doggy parts covered.

Fantastic washable dog diaper. Perfect for my senior male Labrador retriever. Ordered size large with hole for tail and it works perfectly, no adjustment needed. Bought a further 2 to rotate. Couldn’t be happier and their customer service is fantastic too. I have no connection with the company.

Our elderly Boston has been using these diapers for a few years now. The no hole works very well for him with his little tail. When he has an accident they are snug enough that it remains in his diaper and not on the floor. I recommend this diaper
