Just plant them right before it starts raining and they grow like crazy! Roots form the next 2 days and little clovers start sprouting the third day. They come out with 2 leaves first and after a couple of weeks, they get taller and lighter and have the third leaf! I only raked the lawn and they grew right away in the Georgia soil/red clay. Nothing else would grow here and I’m very happy these clovers are even allowing me to grow some grass with it. Lawn is also completely covered in shade the majority of the day

Good germination, I did zero ground prep, spread in the fall, had good bloom in the spring. Will plant more this fall, absolutely beautiful and great early pollinator food. We did have a wet spring in Texas, so that may have helped a bit.

Paid 18.00 for the 2lb bag which is really full of all seed without filler. The seeds sprouted almost immediately-like within 4 days I noticed they had germinated. Full sun-zone 9A. It's been two months and I still haven't gotten any blooms but this is my first time growing so perhaps I need to be more patient. Price point is still a little too high for me and I'll likely try another less expensive brand if I do clover cover again.

Perfect! Weeded an area, put down a little extra soil and spread handfuls of seeds. Lightly sprinkled with the hose and in just a couple days they looked like a green carpet. Waiting for the beautiful bright flowers. Love it

I was really looking forward to planting this crimson clover as a cover crop and forage option, but unfortunately, this product was a huge letdown. Out of the entire 10 lb. bag, only one single seed sprouted. I followed all recommended planting instructions, and have successfully grown clover and other cover crops in the same soil and conditions before — so I don’t believe it was an issue on my end.Very disappointed in the germination rate and overall quality of this seed lot. I would not recommend this product based on my experience.

Put in the sparse backyard with a bit of manure to get some green coverage. Did much better than I expected it to do! Grew fast and filled out my backyard so nice!! No red color yet, but plenty of green.
