Exactly what I needed
I upgraded my pool filter to a larger and more powerful one which used bigger hoses.. I couldn't find these adapters anywhere but here. Worked great and perfect fit.

WILL NOT FIT A SUMMER WAVES SKIMMER!
It's a solid, quality part. However, IT WILL NOT FIT A 1.25" SUMMER WAVES SKIMMER. It is too small. I should have listened to the other reviews.

doesn't hold, lost all my water
It doesn't clamp onto the soft part of the inlet/outlet and it doesn't come with the strainer that supposedly is a hard cone shape that fits into the outlet/inlet. So I ordered 1 of those strainer and the clamp doesn't fit around it and all the water out of my pool came out again. Bad quality, bad product, very poor description.

Very good quality and got them in no time will do business again.
The parts they fit work really well, did not have a problem with it fitting from the pool inlet to the pump, unfortunately the adopter was the same size as the outlet to the pool,went to Home Depot bought a rubber Plumbing pipe attachment($5.97) and made it work. Both the screw-on ends to the hoses worked great and the solid rubber inside very good quality, would recommend them to anybody.
