Great size for making eggs, appear resistant (only time will tell, but as any other non stick pan, you have to take care of it), extremely easy to be cleaned, use just a drop of butter or olive oil for flavor and it has a great value for your money. I will buy more pans from this brand. Better than others I own.The heat is spread evenly and so, the performance of it is as expected, makes your eggs fast and evenly cooked with very little oil.About scratching it, I can't tell anything about it, because I tend to take a lot of care not to break the surface of the pan. But I belive, as any other pan, you should avoid metal on it, otherwise the non stick material may scratch and lose it ability to be non sticky.

This is a great pan. I really don't even have to use oils or butters with it. I fry up bacon in this thing all the time and it slides around in there so nicely. I love the large size and I never have an issue with the handles getting hot. I just a little bit on the heavy side and because of its size it can be a little awkward to hold with one hand especially if you have a lot of stuff cooking in it. But it does have that little side handle to help you with balance. I think the only time I find it awkward is when I'm trying to wash it so I have a wash rag in one hand and the pan and another and that's when it can get a little unbalanced and awkward trying to hold it. But, yeah, I'm absolutely happy I decided with this purchase. I looked up pots and pans and red reviews and was all over the place for literally several days before I decided on this one. And I still wasn't positive that it made the right choice. I'm positive now. And I definitely recommend this pan.I have used this pan on both a gas and electric stove. Cooks evenly. Very nice.

Large for voluminous dishes. Easy to clean. Non-toxic coating. High quality build but a little too large for my largest stove burner. However, I have a very small stove top.

It’s a good little pan for my morning egg and cheese on a bagel. I preferred a lidded pan but didn’t find exactly what I wanted so when it’s time to melt the cheese, I cover the fry pan with a larger lid and it works fine. Real easy to clean up. Sturdy enough. The description was accurate.

After purchasing several large sautee pans with lids at local stores and being repeatedly disappointed I decided to use online reviews and so I ordered This one from Blue Diamond which I was not familiar with.Let me tell you this is the best pan I own. I love it; it’s easy to clean, nonstick, distributes heat evenly. It’s oven and dishwasher safe, has a handle on both sides. There is nothing not to love.Next time I buy cookware I plan to purchase a whole set from Blue Diamond.

We use this pan every day. It is truly non-stick. We do avoid cooking on high heat and allow it to cool completely before washing. We also use a small amount of oil when cooking and avoid using metal utensils. It does take a few minutes to heat but this is not an issue for us.

I bought this pan for a more durable saute pan. Little did I pay attention to, was the fact this pan was, what the description read, JUMBO (5 qt) I thought about returning to get a smaller size but after using it several times, ot is now my go to for every meal. It is deep and holds a great amount of food that doesn't spill over the top of the pot. I was worried it wouldn't fit the stove eye but it does, and it has even heat distribution. This pan is versatile in, not only can I cook, side dishes. But I can cook whole meals inside one dish, medium- large sized meat options. You can fry chicken in this pan. It can serve as a baking dish. I also love that it is non-stick as well. Great quality product!
