Not suitable for fat transfer bbl
Terrible purchase, this pillow is only suitable for butt implants, not for fat transfer—it’s too hard. If you’re getting a fat transfer, you won’t be able to use it. The quality is very poor for the price, and I haven’t used it even once. Unfortunately, the return window has already passed.

Really hard. Ask your surgeon if you need a stiff or softer bbl pillow
It’s Really hard and stiff. My surgical team said this needs to be much softer and said I would have been better off with a round drug store pillow.That being said I did fat transfer so maybe implants would be a different story.That all being said 3 stars because it has been great under my legs in bed for a few days and great behind me to hold my pillows up in place since I also did a tummy tuck and 360 lipo all at once.

BBL driving pillow!
I purchased this pillow following my BBL surgery. It worked great for the first week but never regained it shape, however it is great to leave in my car to drive. It does keep my booty from touching the seat but I drive a small compact car, so this cushion works great for driving, just not sitting at my desk job.
