We've ordered these for each house we've lived in. I love that they are easy to add to the window and look discrete. I love the price for the purpose of these. We have opened the window pretty hard to make sure they stay in place and they do. I love that my kids don't even notice they are there so they don't mess with them. I do wish that they were adjustable so we could open the window more sometimes, but overall I feel safer with my kids being on the second floor of our house with these on the window.

Bought this for my younger cousin who just got her own apartment. So easy to install and even easier to remove! No damage which is perfect for rentals. The quality is perfect for how much they cost. They also don't make it hard to open and close the windows!

It works as advertise, and the value for the money is great. The size of it isn’t overwhelmingly big. It easy to remove if you need to. It give you great security because once it’s installed properly you can’t open windows.

This product is stupid. It didn’t say anything about Velcro or it being removable when I purchased it. My toddler knows how to open the window and I bought these to keep him from opening the window all the way and risk him falling through the screen. If a child knows how to open a window, they’re obviously going to be able to pull a wedge off of Velcro. His shoes are Velcro. He knows how Velcro works. Dumbest design ever.

It is a great way to keep your kids safe.

After about 6 months they didn’t stick too good. When my son tried to open his window it didn’t stop him, it just unstuck from the glass.

When I bought these locks, I wasn't sure how well they would work and if the Velcro would be strong enough from keeping someone from breaking in/ opening the window more if the window was open a bit. Well, I unintentionally got to test that. I had my sliding window open a bit and wanted to open it more as it was a beautiful day. Eager to get more air into the house, I pushed that window up and .... got it slammed because I forgot about the safety/ wedge locks. Holy cow! They work!!! That window was not going up, no way. It also wasn't going down for a minute, but that's my fault. So, anyway, long story short,- I feel totally comfortable sleeping with my window a crack open because I completely trust these locks. So whether you are worried about your toddler climbing out or someone coming in through the window, these locks are a super easy, inexpensive solution. Just remember to remove the wedge if you ever want to open that window all the way....
