Q: How do you remove the flow restrictor?

I used needle nose pliers to extract it. As I extracted it, it came out in 3 separate pieces: a cylindrical white plastic piece, a thin silver metal piece, and a cylindrical gray plastic piece. I don't have a video showing the extraction process, but this video shows what the pieces look like, and how they're connected to one another inside the shower head. This will give you confidence to know which pieces to remove.

Hi,I received your question and the shower head itself, due to customer safety issues, is Chrome Plated Premium ABS (highest grade Plastic) The 5 Foot Super Flexible hose is made of Stainless Steel , hose nuts are brass. Q: is this product made in the United States?

The quality is very good if you are worried about the quality. Now a days everything is made outside USA so dont waste your time trying to buy things made in USA. American products are a rip off.
