Worth the money
Works great and has been a great help to keep my car battery charged since I work from home and don't drive very often.

Works great
Being able to plug into the OBDII port is why I bought this. Makes it a lot easier than trying to run wires to battery. Honda Odyssey cigarette lighter plugs are switched, so you can't use that option. I see the charging light on this come on even when the sky is overcast, and it is still charging. I won't know for sure if it will keep my battery good for weeks, but last time I let my car sit for 2 weeks, the battery was dead. So I'm hoping this will be better than nothing.

Power output much less than advertised
Measured output with a very strong mid-day sun at 249 ma. I had drained my motorcycle battery down to 12.2 volts. Tried 2 different Fluke DMMs (87 & 88). Both meters showed 248 - 249 ma. I like the handlebar clamp and ball socket. They appear to be well made. I was pleased to see that the connectors match the battery lead that I had installed years ago for my AC powered "Battery Tender".

Worked great
I plugged this into a lawn mower battery and haven't had a problem since. Should have done this sooner.

Reliable and Simple
I have mine wired through my car from the dash, when I drive the vehicle I unplug it at the wheel well. I would like to add a cut-off switch later, but this is because my vehicle has a battery sensor built directly onto the negative terminal connector. The suction cups cannot stand high heat, so I often find the panel laying on the dash directly. I'm fine with this, and really only stick it back on the windshield when I am driving. Otherwise, it gets plenty of sun just laying on the dash. It's a good tool, definatly will keep a new or decent battery charged, even on cloudy days.

defective
Charger shows charging LED but delivers no power. Instead of charging seems to be draining the battery. Went to disconnect the charger at night and the back of the panel near the cable connection was warm (something inside consuming battery power and heating up).Measured the voltage when connected and even under direct sunlight the charger does not raise the battery voltage. Took me more than 30 days to figure out the charger is defective and cant get a refund nowSame issues as other reviewers with suction cups not holding, and an oversized ODBII adapter. This wouldn't be too big of a deal if it actually worked.

Works for 2005 Infiniti G35
Just plug it into the OBD port under the dash and it will maintain the battery. Works like a charm and car fires right up after 6 weeks sitting in winter..

Claw clamp mount keeps breaking
Overall, this is a really great product, especially if you live somewhere that you don't have access to an electrical outlet (an apartment complex); however, there are a couple of things that resulted in me giving this item 3 stars. The instructions are misleading and the mounting screw is not durable. They say to just "mount it and leave it".Well, I had it mounted on my handlebars using the claw mount while riding (still had full range of motion and could steer with no issues). After a while, the base of the screw neck broke from the rest of the claw mount. After having it replaced multiple times, I was then told that it was not designed to be attached to the bike while in operation (nothing about this is written in the manual/instructions), so I stopped riding with it attached to my handlebars and just kept it stored in my saddlebag, only to attach it to the bike when not in use.Unfortunately, even with it just being in my saddlebag, the claw mount would still break loose from the base (happened multiple times). I even tried using superglue and it still did not keep it from breaking.Additionally, I had to have the panel replaced once because it had started smoking during a charging session. The saving grace for this panel is Deltran/Battery Tender's customer service and the use case/idea
