UPDATED - I've changed my score from 1 - 3, because the company have offered excellent customer service and made a full refund, without me asking. Which makes it even more upsetting that the product just didn't work for me.- Really sad to be writing this, as was hopeful that this would resolve my teeth grinding at night. Sadly, the smallest one, still feels way too big. The ridge rubs my gums making them sore, I dribble when it's in and constantly gagging. Haven't been able to keep it in more than 10 minutes and definitely can't sleep with it.

Ordered for myself and my other half, both having issues with teeth grinding at night. The kit looked great and instructions were good and clear, but they just don't fit well no matter what we try. On our first night using them, both of us took them out within minutes of laying down as they were not staying in place well without clenching our teeth. Mine fell out of place and blocked my breathing. Both straight in then bin. Be very careful. We followed the instructions very carefully. Not fit For purpose.

I got these because the dentist said I needed a mouth guard to stop me grinding my teeth. These were a much cheaper option than from the dentist.They are easy to mould to your teeth, although the small size was perfect until I did the moulding process and now its a bit short and doesn't cover my back teeth. At first the guard doesn't stay in my mouth very well and keeps falling out but once I'm asleep it stays in place. I couldn't use it during the day if I needed to because it would just fall out.All in all for the money its a good product.

This has really helped with my nighttime teeth clenching. The pack includes both small and large sizes so it was nice and easy to find a comfy fit. The clear instructions made it easy to mold and also came with cases to keep them clean. Most importantly, I’ve noticed a big difference in how my jaw feels in the morning. A good buy at such a reasonable price!

I noticed some mixed reviews on this product but personally, I think it’s absolutely worth the investment. I struggle with clenching my jaw both at night and sometimes during the day without realizing it, and once I relax, the soreness and aching start.I went with the smallest size, and although the instructions say not to use boiling water, I carefully did so to get a better mold. I let it cool for a few seconds before placing it in my mouth to shape it. I had to repeat the process a couple of times to get the perfect fit, but now it fits comfortably and works really well. I have no complaints!

Yeah sorry, if you think this is easy and fits alright- you're either paid or don't know how a mouth guard is supposed to fit.It's too big, and the plastic isn't flexible enough to get a snug fit. It hardens too quickly to assure a proper fit. I've fitted enough of these to know what's right and what's not.I've done all steps right, with extremely warm boiling water from a tap, the exact temperatures needed, the exact times needed etc etc...You're supposed to be able to leave it in your mouth while being able to talk and open your jaws without it falling out.This ain't it. Just pay the extra money and go to a dentist, your jaw/teeth health is worth more than this.
