The product is wonderful. It removes the burning, stinging feeling from skin abrasions such as skinned knees, blisters and burns, chaffing, hemorrhoids etc. I have used it since the 1950s when dibucaine ointment was made and sold as nupercainal ointment. It does not receive the good publicity that it should, It is old but far superior to many of the current products for burning, itching, stinging pain. I carry it whenever I travel and always have some in my home.l

When down there has pain. This knocks it 10hrs at a time. Ive tried it for scrapes too and results were nothing like my roids from being a mom are happier. I do beleive used regularly it helps shrink internal and external. And for those with back yard action... definetly helps. As when my probiotics are too good and its summer and im dehydrated.. yikes the food baby. I keep one in my purse & each bathroom. Betweein this and bidet down their pains are not a worry.

I have been using various dibucaine creams for a number of years due to a surgical procedure I had that causes flair ups of pain. Of the ones I have used, this ranks in the bottom (no pun intended). It is extremely thick and that makes it hard to spread where you want it. Most creams sort of melt when they hit body temperature, but this doesn't. It sticks to your fingers and is very hard to remove with soap and water. It does do the job, but not as well as other ointments I have used.
